~Shanghai Crab and Mala Experience Course & All-You-Can-Drink~

1. Mouthwatering Chicken/Originating from Chongqing, a mouthwatering chicken!

This is the dish that Guo Moruo, a legendary Chongqing native, drools over every time he remembers eating it as a child.

2. Stir-fried shrimp with chives / Fragrant stir-fried shrimp and chives

Non-spicy, plump peeled shrimp stir-fried quickly over high heat with chives!

3. Stir-fried beef with chili peppers/Stir-fried beef with chili peppers

A dish unique to our school, where the savory flavor of beef is brought out by the spiciness of chili peppers.

4. Steamed Shanghai Crab (Female) / Steamed Shanghai Crab (Whole) 125g (One serving per person)

When chrysanthemums bloom, it's Shanghai crab season in China. Female crabs are in season from October to early December, and the main attraction is the eggs.Enjoy a taste that will impress any gourmet!

5. Crystal Powder Stir-fried Vegetables / Spicy Stir-fried Cabbage and Thick Vermicelli

The combination of crunchy cabbage and thick, chewy glass noodles, which are a little different from regular glass noodles, is excellent.

6. Crab and egg mapo tofu: The ultimate combination of our school's proud mapo tofu and Shanghai crab and egg miso. Bliss awaits!

7. White rice and pickled mustard greens / Rice and pickled mustard greens

The cabbage, thick vermicelli, and the main dish of mapo doeuf all go well with steamed rice.

8. Almond Tofu

It is a simple, smooth type.

Depending on the availability of Shanghai crab, the content can be increased from 125g to 150g.This is a preference, so please let us know when you make your reservation.
