1. Suiban Jellyfish Skin / Spicy Jellyfish Salad
Enjoy the classic Chinese dish, crunchy jellyfish with a spicy sauce!
2. Matsuni Tamagome / Stir-fried corn kernels with pine nuts
The gentle sweetness of corn makes it a delightful accompaniment to hot, non-spicy, and spicy dishes.
3. Rice pepper conch/whelk stir-fried with extra spicy sauce
Enjoy this extremely spicy stir-fry of fresh whelks, made with red and green peppers and granulated Japanese pepper!
4. Stir-fried shrimp with chives / Fragrant stir-fried shrimp and chives
Non-spicy, plump peeled shrimp stir-fried quickly over high heat with chives!
5. Garakusan Spicy Chicken / Deep-fried chicken thighs marinated in chili peppers
One of Chongqing's signature dishes, the famous local chicken dish from the tourist spot Geleshan, is an authentic bone-in dish!
6. Salted and roasted white bud vegetables / Braised pork belly with yaczai
A traditional dish from Chengdu, Sichuan, it takes four hours to infuse the flavor of Sichuan pickled vegetables, called sprouts, into thinly sliced pork.
In short, the creamy finish is full of collagen.
7. Stone Pot Tofu Pudding / Mapo-style Oboro Tofu
By deliberately crumbling the silken tofu, the flavor and umami of the mapo tofu are enhanced, making it an excellent match with rice.
